While on a pre-wedding holiday to Italy with her fiancee, Sophie discovers the secretaries of Juliet - ladies who reply to every letter posted on Juliet's wall in Verona. After discovering a 50 year old letter, she replies herself in the hope of helping Claire, the writer.
