Connie & Carla

Written by and starring Nia Vardalos from My Big Fat Greek Wedding fame alongside Toni Collette (About a Boy), Connie and Carla is the feelgood movie I could watch again and again.

As dinner club entertainers Connie and Carla dream of making it big, but after witnessing a murder they are forced to go on the run and hide out in LA, performing on the gay scene as drag queens in order to not be discovered.

But while they continue their love of performing and make friends with fellow drag artists, Connie begins to fall for a man (David Duchovny) who has only ever seen her 'in drag' and begins to wonder if he is worth blowing their cover.

This is a great movie filled with fun and laughter that I would recommend to anyone who loves a laugh.
