Eat Pray Love - review

Based on the best selling true story, Julia Roberts is Liz Gilbert a bored New Yorker who feels there is more to life and sets out on a year long journey to discover what the world has to offer.

As she visits Italy, India & Bali along the way, Liz finds that through the discovery of food & meditation that inner peace, happiness & true love can be found when you open yourself up to different discoveries.

Co-starring Javier Bardem & James Franco, I was disappointed to find that I was left bored by this movie as it was too long & didn’t keep me interested as much as I had hoped. I did feel slightly inspired by the story of how Liz decided to travel the world alone, but I feel that the journey should have remained as a book and not made into a Hollywood film.
