Angel in the Family - review

A heart-warming tale of 2 grown up women spending the Christmas season with their ill father at their childhood home.

Fridge magnet designer Sarah has had her father living with her for a number of years while her estranged sister Beth has lived the high life with her husband, but when their father becomes ill he asks for them all to re-unite and re-visit their childhood home for Christmas.

Forcing the girls to get on they try and make the best of being back in their home town, but are constantly reminded of memories of their late mother until she miraculously returns to help re-unite the family for one last Christmas Day together.

This was a sweet made for TV movie which reminds you that Christmas isn't a time for giving presents, but to appreciate and spend time with family.
