As factory workers, boredom sets in easily and
Nick is forever coming up with schemes to try and make big money fast, but when
his latest idea is accepted and ends up making him a millionaire, Tim is
kicking himself that he turned down the chance to be involved.
With
Nick and his family enjoying the high life across the street, Tim can only
watch as his best friend enjoys his success and when he is fired due to
jealously, he doesn’t have the heart to tell his family meaning he spends his
days in a bar drowning his sorrows.
After
an encounter with a strange man in the bar, Tim is encouraged to shake things
up a bit with Nick’s success, but when his plan goes wrong ending up in the
death of Nick’s horse Corky, Tim is forced into hiding his guilt – and the body
– from his best friend while trying to pretend he’s not affected by the change
in their relationship.
Co-starring
Christopher Walken, Rachel Weisz & Amy Poehler, this movie was average at
best.
With only a few laugh out loud moments, I wouldn’t consider it a comedy
worth watching.
