Based on a true story, Erin Brockovich tells the tale of a broke, divorced mother of 3 who ends up with a dead end job for her lawyer after he fails to win her case following a car accident in court.While dealing with files, Erin comes across something which doesn't sit comfortably with her and after digging deeper and with the help of her lawyer, she ends up bringing down a major corporation who have caused water poisoning to hundreds of families and in the process, wins them thousands of pounds in compensation.
Even though it's about 10 years old - and I've only just seen it! - I really enjoyed it and would recommend it.
