Red 2 - review

Recovered from the adventure that brought them together, Frank (Bruce Willis) and Sarah (Mary-Louise Parker) are enjoying the quieter things in life. But when Marvin (John Malkovich) tracks them down in a DIY store and informs they’re in danger, they don’t believe him – until their car is blown up.

Meanwhile, Victoria (Helen Mirren) is given the task of eliminating Frank – a hit which would please many marksmen - and when she lets him know she is after him, he’s glad such a professional is on the job.

But when they learn a nuclear device has gone missing, the old gang reunite -- including a new addition in Frank's former flame Katja (Catherine Zeta Jones) - and travel across the globe in order to track it down and save the day – the old gang are back together, but are they still up to the job?

I didn’t enjoy this sequel as much as the first movie as I spent most of it not knowing what was happening.
