Labor Pains - review

Lindsay Lohan is Thea, secretary to the owner of a publishing company who when she fails to live up to expectations yet again is on the verge of being sacked.

As guardian to her younger sister, she’s desperate to keep her job and comes up with the idea of pretending to be pregnant after she learns you can’t be sacked if you’re expecting.

Only confiding in her work colleague Lisa, Thea begins to adapt to her ‘new’ lifestyle and as her lie deepens she begins to relish in the treatment she receives. But when she becomes involved with a work colleague and her sister learns her secret, Lisa worries she’s getting too involved in her lie.

This comedy wasn’t as good as I’d hoped and went on a bit too long to be honest, but I’m glad I’ve seen it though.
