If I Stay by Gayle Forman - review

Mia is a 17 year old girl with everything to live for; a loving family, a loyal boyfriend, her love of classical music and playing the cello. But one morning during a drive with her family tragedy strikes during a car accident and she finds herself deciding whether or not to live. As her body lies in a coma and her mind wanders, through flashbacks Mia tells the story of her life and weighs up the to's and for's for pulling through her injuries and living on without her family. Only she can make that decision.
Sensitively told with a few tearjerker moments, this is a must read for anyone enjoys getting right into the heart of a book.
