Stardust is a romantic comedy fantasy film about Tristan, a
boy who lives in a countryside town bordering a magical land with the only
thing separating them being a wall which no one is allowed to cross.
As he tries to win the heart of a girl in the town (Sienna
Miller) he crosses the wall to try and find a fallen star to give her as a
gift, but when he finds the star, Yvaine (Claire Danes), he ends up falling in
love with her & they battle to be together as dark forces try to capture
Yvaine in an attempt to live forever.
I really enjoy watching this film as it boasts an all star
cast including Robert DeNiro, Michelle Pfeiffer & Ian McKellen & allows
you escape reality for a couple of hours. If you love fantasy, then this is one
to watch.
