Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit - review

Delores Van Cartier (Whoopi Goldberg) is back, but this time instead of a lounge singer, she’s now a headline act in Las Vegas.

Gone is the habit and life of poverty she lived during her days in the convent and with her own show she’s living her dreams. But when her fellow nuns call upon her help to become a music teacher at a run-down school they are now supporting, it seems her days as a nun aren’t quite over yet.

Although Delores is happy to help them out after all they did to protect her, she is reluctant to put on the habit again and live as a nun, but when she discovers her class have the talent to enter and win a national choir contest, she gives all she can to spread the joy of music and give the troubled youngsters their time to shine.

This sequel was as fun as the first movie which had me smiling and filled with joy.
