With stock beginning to spill in their homes, bargain
hunters & second hand dealers Jennifer & her business partner Danielle
decide the time has come to find somewhere else to store their goods. As they
rent a storage unit, they learn about a new way of buying as the owner of the
lot tells them that when people fail to pay their rent, their units and
belongings are sold.
Despite not needing anymore stock, the pair are tempted to
have a go at the next sale and end up successful. Among their new belongings
they find items relating to diamonds and a teddy bear, which Danielle gives to
her god-daughter.
When Jennifer hears about the disappearance of Martin, the
owner of the storage units, she tells the police about an argument she
witnessed between him and an angry customer and inadvertently leads them to his
body in an empty storage unit.
Meanwhile, Danielle catches the eye of a handsome newcomer
Alan when he visits the shop to find items to furnish his new house and the
pair are soon dating with him joining her for lunch at Jennifer’s and sharing
his travelling adventures.
One night when the shop is broken into nothing is taken, so the
police don’t have much to go on, however when Jennifer begins to go through the
items from the storage unit sale she finds a newspaper clipping relating to a
diamond theft inside the book of diamonds and decides to look into it.
As she investigates, she discovers the theft took place 5
years ago with the thieves killed shortly afterwards and the diamonds never
recovered, but when she digs a bit deeper, she comes across a picture of a familiar
man connected to the crime who was presumed dead, but she knows is alive.
This TV mystery was as good as the other two in the series
I’ve already seen, but for some reason it didn’t grip me as much. It was still
worth watching though and I would recommend it.
